Web Hosting and Web Design Terms and Conditions
The information stored and hosted via Destrier web services is private information and will not be shared with any one under the customer privacy policy.
I reserve the right not allow any materials that I find offensive on any web pages hosted on my server. I reserve the right to remove or suspend anyone who continually defaults on payment.
Domain names are registered and managed by my company. Should you leave my services and keep your domain name there is a Change of ownership fee of £25 to cover transfers and administration. The domain name will not be released until the charge is paid in full.
Any art work supplied by any client is deemed to be usable on your website and not restricted by any copyright. All artwork for website's is used with the clients permission and is not the responsibility of Destrier Design to check for copyright of any items be they images or text. Destrier Design will take no responsibility for images or text or content used by clients on clients pages and website's.
All dynamic code used on website's and code that has been written by Kelly Cruse and any one who is employed by Destrier Design shall remain the property of Destrier Design.
Your website will be stored on a secure, reliable server and backed up on our It System. From time to time the hosting will go offline for essential maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for disruptions to service which are out of our control, such as extreme weather conditions
Under no circumstances will any one be given access to my website server or any part of my web space that contains all or any part of the site builder system. You will have your own websites admin system to admisister your own website.
If you leave my services for any reason at all you may not take the Site builder or any dynamic code written by me or any member of Destrier Design to a new server although you may use the flat HTML up to the exact time your services are terminated or suspended by me or any employee of Destrier Design.
Refunds
No refunds will be given for any website designed or website design services including any graphic design or any code or codes including any dynamic or flat code written by me or any one employed by Destrier Design.
No deposit refund will be given if any work at all has been done on any part of your project.
Subscription charges for hosting or Site builder subscription including domain registration
Any subscription charges unpaid for website hosting or any subscription based services including provided by me will result in your website being suspended until payment is received. Websites will automatically be defaulted to Destrier Design Web pages. A reconnection charge of £50 will be added if payment has lapsed over 3 mths. Over 3 months Destrier Design will make use of domanin names, unless otherwise agreed and transferred.
